This boutique for rent is located in the heart of Paris's 2nd arrondissement, on rue Etienne Marcel, one of the main shopping streets of Paris and its right bank. Its neighbouring boutiques include a host of brands such as Kiliwatch, & Other Stories, Replay, Shinzo, etc. As well as trendy restaurants and cafés such as Big Mamma, Blend Hamburger and Café Fou.

The space is bright, fully modular and can be converted. The ephemeral boutique has welcomed a range of brands, including swimwear brand ANJA, The Alchemist Atelier, a perfumer, and Le Nôtre patisserie, as well as Soi Paris, a ready-to-wear brand.
The shop's large window allows you to create your own visual identity. The space also has a 4-metre high ceiling.
